SDSFA Officials Earn Prestigious Champions of Champions Grand Final Appointments
The match, to be played at Valentine Sports Park on Sunday, the 18th of October, will see Lindfield FC take on Marayong FC, with kick-off scheduled for 1:15pm.
Representing SDSFA on the Day will be:
Referee: Tiffany Stelmaszak
Assistant Referee 1: Madeleine Hulme
Assistant Referee 2: Matilda Egan
Fourth Official: Carina Cortese
Appointments to Champions of Champions Finals are among the most prestigious available to branch referees and are reserved for officials who have consistently performed at a high standard throughout the season. The selection of Tiffany, Maddy, Matilda, and Carina is recognition of the dedication, professionalism and commitment they have demonstrated across the 2026 campaign. Throughout countless hours of match officiating, training and development, each referee has earned the opportunity to officiate at one of the premier events on the Football NSW calendar.
For SDSFA, the appointments also highlight the strength of the association’s referee development pathway and the opportunities available for aspiring officials looking to progress within the game. The association would also like to acknowledge John Parker, whose continued guidance and support have assisted many referees in their development and progression throughout the season. As they prepare to take the field at Valentine Sports Park, all four officials carry with them the support of the wider Southern Districts football community.
SDSFA congratulates Tiffany, Madeline, Matilda and Carina on their well-deserved appointments and wishes them every success as they represent the association with pride in the 2026 Champions of Champions Women’s U21 Grand Final.
