Summer Football Tuesday 12th Nov.

Due to the forecast of warm weather continuing into the early evening and in accordance with FNSW Hot Weather Policy, teams will NOT be playing the 6.00pm & 6.40pm matches tonight. They have been cancelled. We expect that the 7.20pm matches and onwards will go ahead as the temperature is predicted to fall below the temperature threshold of 32 deg. I trust you understand that this decision is in order to protect our kids. Thanks for your understanding.

SDSFA is proud to announce its three inductees into the Service to Schools Football Honour Roll for 2019. This year's inductees are: Ben Condon from Cecil Hills High School, Lorena Moro from Bossley Park Public School, and former Westfield Matildas player Leah Blayney from Westfields Sports High School.

Each recipient has contributed immensely to the advancement of football in our Association by way of coaching, volunteering, playing, and promoting football in our local schools.

Ben has been a teacher at Cecil Hills High for over 24 years and has been a coach for multiple school, outdoor, futsal, and state knock-out teams.

Lorena has been at Bossley Park Public School for 24 years and has coached many PSSA football and NSW Primary School Knock-out sides.

Leah is a former Westfields Sports High student and Matilda who is now currently the Head Coach of both the Westfield Young Matildas and Future Matildas program. Leah has also been the coach of many girls Bill Turner Trophy and Puma Trophy State Championship sides. Leah, who is currently away on duty with the Matilda's, will be presented with her medal upon her return.

Join us in congratulating the 2019 inductees.
