Mini World Cup Gala Day to Fight Kids Cancer

Fairfield Hotspurs is hosting a Mini World Cup Soccer Gala Day on Sunday 17th June, 2018 to raise funds for the Children’s Hospital at Westmead to fight Kids Cancer. One of our U12’s players has been diagnosed with cancer and is currently undergoing chemotherapy so the cause is very close to us as a Club.

We invite all Southern Districts clubs with non-competitive teams aged U6-U11 to enter a team/teams for $50 per team. The $50 per team goes directly to fundraising. There are limited spots available.

The details are:

1. Sunday 17th June
2. Prospect View Park at 24 Reserve St, Smithfield (Hotspurs Home Ground)
3. 9am-1pm
4. U6’s -U11’s (non-competitive teams)
5. $50 per team to enter
6. There are limited spaces so be quick to enter your team and pay the $50 to lock in your spot. 
7. We will have a round robin style format. Each team will play 3 games in their group. Everyone is a winner. There are no grand finals. Every player will receive something for coming.
8. We will also have football and world cup soccer themed games to play eg: jumping castles, world cup trivia, raffles including an Adidas FIFA World Cup 2018 Official Match Soccer Ball, face tattoos for your favourite countries you are supporting in the World Cup. These can be applied and worn while playing in the games.
9. Most of these activities will be available for a $2 gold coin donation.
10. We also have food and drinks for sale on the day including popcorn, fairy floss, bbq food, giant lollipops and giant Freckles.

I will then send our Hotspurs Bank Account Details for you to deposit your $50 entry fee.
